With the World Champs only 4 weeks away now, talk of race strategy has started.
However, before all of that can happen, I have to make sure that I am fully prepared physically for it. Having gotten my GCSE results yesterday, which I am extremely happy with, I feel a whole lot more relaxed now than I was a week ago! Training has yet again taken a huge leap forward with training session of about 5 hours per day, and more swimming and running PB's coming out of these sessions, and I am becoming better on the bike every session. I think I can finally say 'I'm ready for the race!'. None of this would have happened without Perry's unbelievable coaching and support, or my parent's unwavering love and support (and a hell of a lot of extra hours of work going into paying for Chicago!) THANK-YOU SO MUCH!! I would also like to say a huge thank-you to my sponsors, Pedal Potential who helped me with the vital funding I needed to get to Chicago (which without their help, it would have been ten times harder to get there!), and Sovereign Play Equipment for helping me with the funding and giving me the DryRobe (that I had wished for for ages!) and new tri-mat that will help me before and after my race , and also thank-you Pro Athlete Supplements (PAS) for the fuelling I needed for the training and competition; without the vitamin tablets and electrolytes, I reckon I would be struggling to train due to illness!!:') And thank-you Kelly Bullis for keeping my muscles in tip-top condition, I really don't know how you manage to do it with all my training but I am extremely grateful for it!

Fab reading Kiera, and good luck in everything you do and achieve, I'm in the England squad for archery now hoping to be in GB by 2016. Know the commitment you have as mine the same, train train and train, believe in that goal, and you will achieve.
