Now that I have no races due before the big World Championships in September, the training has really picked up a gear.
Take today for example: after a very hard training session on the treadmill, it was time for a little - or a lot!! - of core exercises. My mum and I decided to use some of the gym's equipment that I have never used before; lets just say that I am going to ache tomorrow!! It was then an easy cycle in the evening, just to loosen off the legs a little.
